This is a hotel project of about 1500 square meters, located in the seaside town of La Trenas in Dominica. People in this area like to spend their holidays at the seaside, so my client specially develops this hotel project, which is mainly used to rent the hotel to clients for their leisure vacation and sell the house to them.
